Tonle Sap – Cambodia 2011
Tonle Sap Lake - this huge lake which is home to thousands of refugees whose entire community has grown on the lake from floating schools to shops and houses .We had a very deep feeling during our visit to this lake in 2011. The people of the floating village are exceptionally poor, with houses occupied by at least 6 people were in a size of an average bedroom. By any chance, if you are planning to visit Tonle Sap Lake, kindly prepare some goodie bags for the villagers as all gifts are welcomed here. One thing for sure after your trip to this lake is that you will receive a warm smile of gratitude, close and personal.
