Traditional Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. With the balance between fresh herbs and meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste, Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide.

There are two sessions per day:
- Morning session 09:00AM – 01:00PM
- Afternoon session 02:30PM – 06:00PM

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

09:00AM Market visit (applicable only when market opens for business), accompanied by the Chef to introduce and to let guests understand more about Vietnamese ingredients and theirs substitutions. After visiting the market, returning back to the classroom to set up the class and preparing fresh ingredients. 
10:00AM – 12:00PM Enjoying cooking class with selective menu (3 dishes – 1 starter & 2 main courses).
12:00PM – 01:00PM Enjoying lunch with guests’ own creation & receiving the certificate, a handbook with detailed recipes.

**Afternoon session runs the same activities and the same time frame with the morning session

MONDAY MENU
1) Green papaya with beef jerky salad
2) Hanoi deep fried pork spring rolls
3) Traditional rice noodle soup ‘Pho’ with beef or chicken

TUESDAY MENU
1) Banana flower salad with chicken
2) Fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp
3) “Bun Cha” – Hanoi style

WEDNESDAY MENU
1) Green mango salad with shrimp
2) Hanoi deep fried pork spring rolls
3) Traditional rice noodle soup ‘Pho’ with beef or chicken

THURSDAY MENU
1) Green papaya with beef jerky salad
2) Fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp
3) “Bun Cha” – Hanoi style

FRIDAY MENU
